Set Boundaries to do your best work (with clients, customers, and colleagues)

Do you set up rules and procedures for your business or practice, only to find yourself breaking them? Do you frequently find yourself saying yes to customers, clients, and others when you really mean no? Find out why we formulate but then break our own boundaries and rules. Learn a new way of thinking when it comes to how you work with and respond to others to preserve your own boundaries and learn how to interact in a way that is best for your business, your social or your personal relationships.

Strategize to Increase Success (quit shooting yourself in the foot!)

Ever wonder why your business or practice is not more successful, larger, or more lucrative? Do you maintain good balance between your professional and personal life or does it seem one suffers in service of the other? Might greater success seem too costly in terms of the demands made on your time, your energy, and how it might impact your relationships? We all have deeply held (and sometimes hidden) ideas with regard to what greater success might bring both in terms of the potential positives and the possible negatives. Find out more about your particular obstacles to greater success and explore how to move yourself forward.

Deep Relaxation For Beginners: Tips and techniques to take it easy

Is your idea of deep relaxation a few minutes in front of the tv with your feet up or an extra moment or two in bed in the morning? Are you able to clear your mind when you want to and feel your body deeply relax or do you seem to experience tension regularly running through your body; clenching your jaw or neck, hunching your shoulders or back, etc? Do you relax enough to run at ‘peak’ performance, work at your best, and feel good? Test your relaxation IQ and learn a simple but powerful technique to bring deep relaxation into everyday life.

Examine the origins of your beliefs and feelings about money, and discover how your earliest ideas about what it means may be impacting your current decision making. Explore how the ways in which you promote yourself, the fees you charge, how you talk with and respond to clients, customers, and others are influenced by your attitudes and beliefs about money, wealth, and your chances for personal success. Increasing your awareness and understanding of the outdated beliefs you may be carrying and then formulating new and more relevant ideas can set you free to earn more and enjoy greater prosperity.

Novel Efficiencies For Your Practice or Business

Is there some technology or technique you are now using that is saving you time, energy, and expense? Have you established novel procedures or practices that have made a significant impact on your success? What are some of the most helpful tips you have learned along the way to help you work and relate more effectively with clients, customers, or colleagues? Are you communicating and relating as effectively as you’d like or could your style use some tweaking? Hear some of the powerful, unique ideas other women have discovered and share some of the novel efficiencies you are using in your work to save time, energy, and resources. Participants will benefit from an idea exchange that can help them focus and streamline their work and relate more effectively.
