When do we stop working + thinking + doing and take some quality time for ourselves?

We devote great time and energy to our clients, customers, and patients— meeting their needs, exceeding their expectations, and helping them move ahead. Away from the office, we work at our relationships, marriages, raise children, tend to our parents, participate in our communities…Whew! Here’s your chance to take some quality time for yourself!

  • Tweaking your work-life balance  (or how you can spend more time on the things that matter most to YOU)
  • Strategies to increase your success (and decrease self-sabotage/quit shooting yourself in the foot!)
  • Setting good boundaries (with friends + neighbors who want your services ‘off the clock’ and are kind of stalking you)
  • Expanding your regimen for self-care (keeping YOU on your To-Do list)
  • Novel Efficiencies you have established in YOUR Practice (so you can actually sleep at night, maybe)
